Minimum Commitment: Membership requires a minimum commitment of six (6) months.
Payment Schedule:
- Payment for the first month of membership is due immediately upon enrollment.
- Membership dues will be automatically charged to the account provided by you monthly (on the 1st) on a continuing basis for six (6) months, and then billed monthly thereafter unless the full year of membership is paid in advance.
Payment Methods
- Our staff can set up recurring automatic credit card charges every month.
- Alternatively, members can choose to pay the full amount in advance.
- Card on File: A valid credit card must be kept on file for the duration of the membership.
Post-Commitment Period
- Month-to-Month: After the initial six-month period, membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis.
- Cancellation: Membership can be canceled at any time after the initial six-month commitment with a written notice of termination provided at least ten (10) days prior to the next billing cycle.
Early Termination
- Early Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your membership prior to the completion of the initial six-month agreement, a cancellation fee of $125 will apply.
- Service Payment: In addition to the cancellation fee, payment for any services rendered during the cancellation month will be required.
Services and Benefits
- Service Rollovers: Services do not rollover to the next month. Unused services for a given month will be forfeited.
- Refund Policy: No cash refunds will be given for services not used.
- Membership Benefits: Membership benefits cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
Additional Guidelines
- Appointment Scheduling: Members are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to ensure availability.
- Cancellation of Appointments: To avoid charges for missed appointments, members must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
- Policy Changes: Medspa reserves the right to modify membership policies, rules, and guidelines. Members will be notified of any changes in writing.
- Non-Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned or sold to another individual or combined with other promotions
- Exclusive Offers: Members may receive exclusive offers and discounts, which are subject to change and may have specific terms and conditions.
