Online Booking & Card on File Policy
To reserve an appointment at Vida Aesthetics & Wellness, a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged when scheduling. It is securely stored to reserve your appointment and may be used to process payment once services are completed.
All payment information is encrypted and securely stored in accordance with our Financial Policy to ensure a seamless and protected experience.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time may result in a cancellation or no-show fee. This fee will be charged to the card on file.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and authorize Vida Aesthetics & Wellness to charge the applicable fee in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.
This policy allows us to honor our providers’ time and offer availability to other patients who may be waiting.

Authorization to Charge Card on File
By providing your payment information and receiving services, you authorize Vida Aesthetics & Wellness to charge your card on file for:
- Services rendered
- Products dispensed
- Packages or memberships purchased
- Late cancellation or no-show fees
- Any outstanding balances
- Services rendered

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Membership Auto-Renewal Policy
Certain memberships and recurring programs at Vida Aesthetics & Wellness operate on an automatic renewal basis. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize Vida Aesthetics & Wellness to charge the card on file on a recurring monthly basis (or as otherwise outlined in your membership agreement).
Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with the terms of your signed membership agreement.
To cancel a membership, written notice is required at least 30 days prior to your next billing date unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Early termination may be subject to applicable terms outlined in your signed contract.
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that payment information on file remains current and valid.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Disputes
By scheduling and receiving services, you confirm that you understand and agree to our Financial & Refund Policy. Services and injectable products are non-refundable once provided or dispensed.
In the event of a payment dispute, appointment confirmations, signed consent forms, treatment records, and this policy may be provided as documentation. We encourage patients to contact our office directly with any billing concerns so we can promptly address them.
By scheduling and receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to our Financial and Refund Policy. All services, treatment packages, memberships, prepaid plans, and injectable products are non-refundable once provided or dispensed.
